Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
TeleSales Representative
to join our dynamic team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone calls, introducing our services/products, generating leads, and converting them into successful sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and promote company products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
  • Identify customer needs, present suitable solutions, and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/database.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle objections professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Proven experience as a Tele Sales Representative / Telemarketer / Call Center Agent (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
