We're urgently looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time role with immediate start, so please apply only if you are readily available and a 100% match for the requirements below.

Role Overview

You'll be working on cutting-edge AI/ML projects involving conversational AI, NLP, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. The role is hands-on and requires strong technical expertise in Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Gemini/Gemma) and large-scale ML model deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize NLP & conversational AI models.
  • Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs (Gemini, Gemma, etc.) for custom use cases.
  • Build and deploy RAG pipelines to improve response accuracy.
  • Deploy, monitor, and scale ML models in Vertex AI.
  • Leverage BigQuery and Dataflow for large-scale data processing.
  • Ensure AI governance, compliance, and security best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with product, dev, and DevOps teams for smooth integrations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an ML Engineer working on production-grade AI systems.
  • Strong background in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and ML frameworks.
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
