Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in building and deploying solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, fine-tuning/customizing foundation models, and integrating GenAI into scalable production systems. A solid background in NLP is essential, while computer vision experience is a plus but not mandatory.Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize RAG pipelines (embeddings, retrievers, re-rankers, vector databases) for enterprise-grade applications.
  • Integrate and customize LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) into production-ready solutions.
  • Fine-tune and optimize foundation models using LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, and instruction tuning.
  • Build and deploy multimodal AI systems (LLMs with optional computer vision, OCR, embeddings).
  • Apply NLP expertise (transformers, text classification, entity extraction, summarization, semantic search).
  • Implement guardrails, prompt engineering, and orchestration to ensure safe and reliable AI outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI features into products.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in LLMs, GenAI frameworks, and multimodal AI.
  • Build and maintain LLMOps pipelines for model monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with LLM integration and AI system development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
  • Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack).
  • Proficiency with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS).
  • Solid understanding of NLP and transformer-based architectures.
  • Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Exposure to computer vision (CNNs, Vision Transformers, OpenCV).
  • Experience with agentic workflows (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
  • Familiarity with speech-to-text, text-to-speech (Whisper, ElevenLabs, etc.).
  • Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, evaluation metrics).
  • Prior contributions to open-source GenAI projects.
