Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad for an Indirect Tax Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing indirect tax compliance processes, conducting audits, providing advisory services on indirect taxation matters, and ensuring compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations. The role involves liaising with clients and regulatory authorities, identifying opportunities for tax optimization, and staying up-to-date on any changes in tax laws and policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Indirect Taxation and Goods and Services Tax (GST)
  • Proficiency in Tax Compliance and Tax Audits
  • In-depth knowledge of tax-related policies, procedures, and reporting requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams
  • Professional certification in accounting or taxation is preferred
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting and tax management software is a plus
