Job Description
Voltrix Batteries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee all financial operations, documentation, and accounting activities of the company. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting principles along with hands-on experience in documentation, FBR compliance, and preparing commercial documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and monthly reports.
- Handle invoicing, quotations, purchase orders, work orders, and all related documentation.
- Ensure proper recording of vendor/customer payments and bank reconciliations.
- Manage payroll, expense tracking, budgeting, and petty cash.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.
- File sales tax, withholding tax, and other returns through the FBR portal.
- Maintain company accounts and financial records according to best practices.
- Ensure accuracy in all financial documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, auditors, and banks when needed.
- Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting / Finance / Commerce.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Hands-on experience with FBR portal (Sales Tax, Withholding Tax filings).
- Experience in preparing quotations, invoices, POs, WOs, and commercial documents.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks / ERP preferred).
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs30, Rs40,000.00 per month
