Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counts and reconciliation.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Coordinate with production and sales teams for demand planning and material availability.

2. Inventory & Material Handling:

  • Maintain stock levels for packaging materials such as films, boxes, cartons, tapes, etc.
  • Implement FIFO / LIFO / FEFO practices as per material type and shelf life.
  • Manage raw material and finished goods inventory using ERP/WMS systems.
  • Minimize material wastage and handle material returns/rejections effectively.

3. Team Supervision & Training:

  • Supervise and guide warehouse staff, forklift operators, and loaders.
  • Conduct regular training on safety, material handling, and SOP compliance.
  • Evaluate performance and ensure labor efficiency and productivity.

4. Safety, Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, PPE usage, and fire safety standards.
  • Maintain documentation for audits – GRNs, Delivery Challans, Stock Registers, etc.
  • Comply with statutory norms related to EHS, GST, and transportation.

5. Continuous Improvement:

  • Implement 5S, Kaizen, and Lean warehousing techniques.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve space utilization and material flow.
  • Support digital transformation and process automation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA - Supply Chain.
  • 6 – 8 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the packaging industry.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of packaging material specifications and handling practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130, Rs160,000.00 per month
