About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and data-driven
Content Strategist
to develop, manage, and execute our content strategy across multiple platforms. You'll play a key role in shaping the brand voice, building audience engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging that drives growth and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
  • Plan, create, and oversee content calendars across social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Conduct content audits to identify gaps, opportunities, and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with the design, SEO, and social media teams to produce high-quality, optimized content.
  • Analyze content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, audience behavior, and digital marketing innovations.
  • Manage or guide a team of content writers, editors, and creators (for mid/senior roles).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and digital content best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.
