Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site role
for an
Assistant Accounts Manager
. The role involves:

  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and recommending improvements where needed
  • Supervising and guiding junior accounting staff to maintain efficient workflows
  • Monitoring cash flow and managing bank balances and cash requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with all company accounting policies and standards

Requirements:


• Minimum
B.Com
or equivalent degree in
Accounting, Finance, or a related field


•
5–6 years
of relevant experience (preferred)


• Strong understanding of
accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting


• Proficiency in
accounting software
such as
Excel, QuickBooks
, or similar tools


• Ability to
analyze financial data
and provide actionable insights


• Strong
attention to detail
