JTech & PEF Institute is a professional training institute offering career-oriented courses. We generate a strong volume of student inquiries through our digital ad campaigns and are looking for a Sales Representative (Female) who can professionally handle leads, guide prospects, and successfully convert them into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming leads generated through ads, calls, and online inquiries.
  • Provide course information clearly and confidently to potential students.
  • Counsel students regarding program benefits, career scope, and training details.
  • Build trust and relationships with prospective students to increase enrollments.
  • Achieve monthly enrollment targets through consistent follow-ups and conversions.
  • Maintain a proper record of leads, follow-ups, and enrolled students.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate required (mandatory).
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the education/training/courses industry.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle student queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel/Word, WhatsApp communication).
