Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Paid Marketing Internee based in Rawalpindi. The role involves conducting market research, implementing marketing strategies, assisting in customer engagement, and ensuring effective communication with clients and team members. While the position is primarily office-based, some work-from-home flexibility is offered. This is a 3-month internship designed to provide hands-on experience and skill development in a professional marketing environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and team members effectively
  • Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends and contribute to actionable marketing plans
  • Basic understanding of Sales principles to support marketing campaigns and drive customer conversions
  • Keen attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to learning new processes and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing one) is preferred
  • Previous experience in a marketing or sales environment is a plus but not mandatory
