Position: District Manager (1)
Location:
Umerkot, Sindh

Education:
Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.

Experience
The candidate should have 5-7 years' experience of planning, delivering and managing educational projects in the development sector preferably in community development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage district-level program operations, ensuring quality implementation and timely achievement of targets.
  • Supervise and support district teams, including coordinators, field officers, and facilitators.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with government departments, community stakeholders, and partner organizations.
  • Monitor field activities, ensure data accuracy, and prepare regular progress reports.
  • Support project monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) processes.
  • Ensure adherence to ITA's safeguarding, gender equality, PSEA, and inclusion policies.

Skills

  • Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the district and surrounding areas.
