Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Karachi South District. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. Key responsibilities include recruiting, staffing, workforce planning, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The HR Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, and workforce planning
  • Skills in employee onboarding, training, and development
  • Proficiency in performance management and compensation and benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR compliance with labor laws
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategy
  • Proven experience in supporting the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
  • Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous
