Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Karachi East District. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Key responsibilities include managing traditional marketing campaigns, conducting market research, creating promotional materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Positioning
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Reporting
  • Experience with schools and Montessori education
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with publishing or educational industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
