Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.

Provide travel-related information, guidance, and support.

Maintain positive and professional communication with customers.

Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills.

Fluency in English & Urdu.

A problem-solving mindset.

Prior experience in customer support or hospitality (a bonus but not required).
