Job Title: Customer Sales Representative – Female (DME Campaign)

Location: PECHS Block 2, Karachi

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 2:30 AM)

Facility: Pick & Drop Service Available

Job Description:

We are looking for a Female Customer Sales Representative for our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Campaign. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling US-based customers, and the ability to meet sales targets in a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to US customers for DME campaign.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism during customer interactions.
  • Achieve individual and team-based sales targets.
  • Update and maintain records in the system accurately.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Previous call center or sales experience (DME campaign experience will be a plus).
  • Fluent in English with good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in the night shift (US time zone).
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
