UI/UX Designer / QA

Role Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer / QA, your main focus will be on delivering exceptional user experiences and visually compelling designs while maintaining high-quality standards for functionality and performance. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and collaboration with various departments to achieve design excellence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Interface and Experience Design:
• Design and build visually appealing, user-friendly website front-ends.
• Develop UI mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to illustrate product functionality.
• Create UI elements such as cards, buttons, navigation menus, and modals to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility of design concepts and smooth implementation.
• Website Development & Management:
• Work alongside developers to design, develop, and maintain website back-ends, ensuring high performance.
• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins based on client specifications and branding guidelines.
• Perform performance optimization tasks and troubleshoot user experience issues.
• Continuously monitor live websites for necessary updates and improvements.
• Client Collaboration & Communication:
• Engage directly with clients to understand design and functionality needs, providing regular updates.
• Conduct training sessions with clients to guide them through website management processes.
• Coordinate with project managers to deliver designs that meet business and user goals.
• Usability & Performance Optimization:
• Conduct UX testing to identify pain points and recommend improvements.
• Ensure that websites perform optimally across all platforms and devices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize forms, routing systems, and overall functionality.
• Quality Assurance & Maintenance:
• Update themes, plugins, and WordPress systems to ensure security and smooth operation.
• Implement measures to prevent spam and unauthorized access through CAPTCHA and other security protocols.
• Conduct regular content audits to ensure copyright compliance and a clean user interface.
• Design Consistency & Standards:
• Maintain a cohesive and unified design language across the product, ensuring consistency in fonts, colors, and images.
• Test prototypes to ensure a smooth, consistent experience across all devices and platforms.
• Departmental Management & Support:
• Lead and manage the developer department to ensure the timely completion of projects.
• Provide design support and expertise to assist sales teams in acquiring clients through platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.
• Work with the Tech Lead and Project Manager to make design adjustments and meet project goals.
• Administrative & Compliance Tasks:
• Provide daily updates on tasks and progress through communication platforms like Skype, Asana, etc.
• Maintain professionalism in communication with team members and clients.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy standards, and company security protocols.

Skills & Abilities:

• Design Proficiency: Expertise in graphic design, UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, etc.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress for front-end design and troubleshooting.
• Creativity & Innovation: Ability to generate creative solutions to design challenges and adapt to new trends.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on ensuring high-quality user experiences and pixel-perfect designs.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting design ideas and collaborating with teams.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and techniques in a fast-evolving field.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients to meet goals.

Pay: Rs40, Rs45,000.00 per month
