Job Title: Sr.Executive Quality assurance.

Location : Karachi Korangi Industrial Area

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation, including reports, SOPs, and non-conformance records.
  • Train staff on quality standards, inspection procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in customer complaint investigations and ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits and support regulatory inspections as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, GMP, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and best practices to recommend improvements to the quality management system.
  • Qualification Required:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as:Quality ManagementIndustrial/Manufacturing Engineering/Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology (for manufacturing)

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance Executive.Experience with (QMS), audits,
  • CAPA handling, and root cause analysis.Skills Required:Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g,ISO9001, GMP, HACCP).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs80,000.00 per month
