About the Role:

Shaffer & Co. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive to join our Women's Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across all products, processes, and production stages. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and a commitment to maintaining excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality checks at all stages of production for Women's Division products.
  • Monitor product specifications, measurements, stitching quality, fabric accuracy, and finishing.
  • Ensure adherence to company quality standards and SOPs.
  • Identify defects and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.
  • Prepare quality reports, daily inspections, and highlight any non-conformities.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and merchandising teams to maintain product consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry quality norms.
  • Assist in improving quality control processes and implementing best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (preferably in garments/textiles).
  • Strong knowledge of stitching, fabric types, patterns, and garment finishing.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
