We are seeking an experienced "
Quality Assurance Manager"
to lead and manage Quality control operations within our home textiles division. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in stitching techniques and quality assurance processes, specifically within the home textiles industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures across all stitching lines.
  • Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for stitching and quality control.
  • Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with production planning and design teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
  • Supervise and manage stitching operations to ensure high quality and production efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of quality checks, audits, and compliance with customer specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and labor standards on the production floor.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and minimize waste.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in stitching and quality assurance within the
    home textiles
    industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of stitching machines, fabrics, and construction techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of ISO standards and textile compliance regulations is a plus.
