Job Description
Join EINEX Solutions as an Administrative Assistant and take on a key role in our partnership operations department. You'll be instrumental in managing contracts, keeping financial records, and handling essential administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with suppliers and partners, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Contract Management: Update and maintain contract spreadsheets, generate reports, and calculate partner commissions.
* Financial Analysis: Complete forecast spreadsheets and assist with financial planning.
* Supplier and Partner Relations: Address queries from suppliers and partners, ensuring clear and prompt communication.
* Contract Processing: Occasionally process contracts and handle pricing tasks (training provided).
* Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties to support our operations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
* 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in the energy sector
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with energy industry software or portals
* Knowledge of contract management
* Familiarity with financial forecasting and reporting
