Key Responsibilities:
Research global trends, fabrics, trims, and styles relevant to lingerie, loungewear, and intimate apparel. Develop seasonal design concepts and mood boards aligned with brand identity. Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for new styles. Select appropriate fabrics, laces, elastics, and finishes for comfort, fit, and durability. Work closely with pattern makers, sampling, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and quality. Conduct fit sessions and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper sizing and construction. Ensure all designs align with brand price positioning and target audience preferences. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign styling and product presentation. Maintain an organized archive of designs, samples, and references for future use.
Qualifications C Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or Textile Design (specialization in lingerie/intimate wear preferred). 2–3 years of experience in intimate wear or lingerie design. Strong understanding of fabric behavior, fit, and pattern development for intimate apparel. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software. Creative, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about global fashion and lingerie trends. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
