Job Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Finance Coordinator to manage program-related administrative tasks, ensure smooth member onboarding, and handle financial follow-ups. You will be the key point of contact for members needing access or support, ensuring a seamless experience from registration to participation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update member access to the program.
  • Track payments, follow up with members, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Follow up with individuals who have registered but not completed payment.
  • Provide assistance for any access or support-related issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program operations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in admin, finance, or program coordination.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30, Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
