Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and proactive
Admin & Finance Assistant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who can efficiently interact with both clients and tenants. This role requires accurate data entry and management using
AppFolio Property Management Software
, including tenant charges, expenses, and lease agreements. The candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to take initiative in handling tasks assigned by the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Tenant Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and tenants, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  • Handle direct communication with clients, including addressing queries and performing tasks as assigned.
  • Provide timely updates to clients on tasks or projects in progress.
  • AppFolio Data Entry:
  • Record tenant charges, including rent, fees, and other charges in
    AppFolio
    Property Management Software.
  • Accurately input expenses related to properties in AppFolio and categorize them accordingly.
  • Maintain and update tenant lease agreements in AppFolio, ensuring compliance with lease terms.
  • Enter tenant lease charges in AppFolio based on the terms outlined in each lease agreement.
  • Lease Agreement Maintenance:
  • Ensure all tenant lease agreements are properly stored, updated, and accessible in AppFolio.
  • Review and maintain accuracy in lease terms and charges, ensuring alignment with agreements.
  • Task Management:
  • Complete tasks efficiently and with a high level of accuracy.
  • Take initiative in ensuring all tasks are completed on time, maintaining a proactive approach to task management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative or finance roles, preferably in property management.
  • Bachelors in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration
