We are seeking a
Commercial Officer
to support institutional and tender business operations in the
healthcare industry
, coordinate with principals, and manage commercial documentation and reporting. The ideal candidate must have strong
communication and coordination skills
with relevant industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage tender and quotation documents for healthcare institutions.
  • Coordinate with
    principals
    for pricing, approvals, and product updates.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Sales) for order processing, invoicing, and dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate commercial records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business/Commerce (MBA preferred)
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in the
    healthcare / pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficient in
    MS Office
    and
    ERP systems
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication skills
