Telecommunication Project Manager – Infrastructure

HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Telecommunication Project Manager to lead large-scale telecom infrastructure projects in Karachi, including fiber optic rollouts, 3G/4G deployments, and integration with smart grid and enterprise systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

  • PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.

  • 10–15 years' experience in telecom infrastructure projects, including fiber optics & mobile network deployments.

  • Strong understanding of network architecture, system integration, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and network commissioning.

  • Familiarity with 3G/4G/5G, microwave transmission, IP/MPLS.

  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, Power BI.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

This role is Karachi-based with frequent site visits and offers the opportunity to play a critical part in shaping Pakistan's telecom and smart grid infrastructure

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs350, Rs380,000.00 per month
