Position Overview:

Cybernet is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Executive - PMO - Infrastructure
to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to infrastructure project management, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure clarity in objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation and availability for project requirements.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Implement and uphold processes for managing scope, quality standards, and performance benchmarks.
  • Monitor and track project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Utilize project management tools and techniques to measure and improve project performance.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the infrastructure domain.
  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while working under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
