Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Store Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our online store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product data entry, managing promotional activities, updating visual content, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth parcel handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Data Entry: Accurately upload and update product information, descriptions, prices, and images on the online store.
  • Discounts & Promotions: Apply and reverse discounts or special offers as per marketing campaigns or management instructions.
  • Banner & Content Updates: Regularly update website banners, promotional images, and other visual content in line with marketing plans.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for product listings, stock updates, order fulfillment, and issue resolution.
  • Parcel Management: Oversee parcel dispatch, track deliveries, and ensure timely resolution of shipping or courier-related issues.
  • Quality Checks: Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information and promotional content.
  • Reporting: Maintain records of product updates, promotions, and vendor communications, and share periodic operational reports with management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online store management Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, Amazon).
  • Good communication skills for vendor coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of graphic editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for banner updates.
  • Familiarity with online marketing and promotional strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
