Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team at the Dhoraji Branch. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and frappés.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and overall beverage quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and service area.
  • Take and process customer orders promptly and courteously.
  • Manage coffee inventory and report shortages to management.
  • Calibrate, operate, and maintain coffee machines and grinders regularly.
  • Follow company policies, food safety, and hygiene protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior baristas or new team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as a Barista in a high-volume café, restaurant, or food service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment handling.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs80,000.00 per month
