Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing expertly crafted coffee drinks, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting café atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and seating areas.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic workspace.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Barista in a café or coffee shop.
  • In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, brewing methods, and coffee bean varieties.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when needed.
  • A passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
