Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Travel Sales Manager located in the Karachi Division. The primary responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets for pilgrimage tours, international travel packages, and visa assistance services. The role requires team management, monitoring market trends, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including an ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Proficiency in client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the travel industry, including Hajj, Umrah, and international travel services
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify trends and opportunities in the travel industry
- Familiarity with visa assistance processes and travel regulations is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
