Travel Consultant – Visa

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant for our travel agency who is skilled in worldwide ticketing, visa processing, and travel-related services.

The ideal candidate should have complete knowledge of GDS systems (like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre), and must be able to handle clients, issue tickets, process visas, manage vendors, and maintain daily travel operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle worldwide air ticket booking and re-issuance (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)
  • Process tourist, business, and work visas for multiple countries
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers for bookings and confirmations
  • Manage hotel bookings, travel insurance, and holiday packages
  • Provide accurate travel advice and itinerary planning to clients
  • Maintain strong customer service and follow-up with clients professionally
  • Prepare and manage daily sales reports and vendor accounts
  • Stay updated with airline fare rules and visa regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the travel & tourism industry
  • Proficiency in Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
  • Must have experience in vendor management and client servicing
