The Regional Sales Executive – Life Science Solutions will be responsible for driving sales growth and market development of the company's life science product portfolio, including laboratory instruments, consumables, and diagnostic solutions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients in the academic, research, clinical, and industrial sectors, and achieving assigned sales targets within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned region.
• Identify, approach, and build relationships with key customers including research institutes, universities, hospitals, and laboratories.
• Promote life science products (instruments, reagents, kits, and consumables) through presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies in the life sciences sector.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to develop region-specific sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Provide accurate forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback to management on a regular basis.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and conferences to enhance company visibility and networking.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating post-sales support and service.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of sales experience in the life science, laboratory, or diagnostic industry.
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, life science research tools, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
