We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in social media publishing and ideally incl. WordPress to elevate our brand presence and drive engagement on professional networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post blog content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
  • Use WordPress plugins to optimize and distribute content effectively.
  • Perform basic SEO for blogs, including keyword placement, meta descriptions, and on-page optimization.
  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on social media platforms to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Ads and Sales Navigator for targeted campaigns, lead generation, and audience engagement.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of social media posts, blogs, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media, SEO, and digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Poster, Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role.
  • Proficiency with WordPress and familiarity with relevant plugins.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and advertising tools.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Sales Navigator.
  • Experience in planning and managing ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and blog optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools like Yoast or Rank Math.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) for creating visuals.
