Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled ERP Specialist (Odoo) to manage, customize, and optimize our ERP system. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Odoo, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and maintain Odoo ERP modules.
Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.
Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and propose solutions.
Ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and process improvements.
Develop and maintain ERP documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience working with Odoo ERP (minimum 2–3 years).
Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, etc.).
Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo customization is a plus.
