Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation Support

  • Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP modules (Production, CRM, Inventory, Finance, Payroll).
  • Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal teams.
  • Document business processes and translate them into system configurations.

Production & Inventory Module Support

  • Support production teams with data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting within the ERP system.
  • Help maintain inventory accuracy through system updates and audits.

Finance & Payroll Assistance

  • Assist in the implementation of financial modules including accounts payable/receivable and budgeting tools.
  • Support payroll processing through ERP under the guidance of senior consultants.

User Training and Documentation

  • Create user manuals and help guides for ERP modules.
  • Deliver basic training and support to end-users to ensure adoption and optimal use.

Ongoing Support & Maintenance

  • Respond to user queries and system issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the senior team for enhancements and upgrades.
