Bachelor's degree in computer science
, Information Technology, or related field.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

Experience working with Odoo ERP (minimum 3 – 4 years).

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

  • Serve as the primary administrator and strategic owner of the Odoo ERP system.

  • Lead the implementation of new Odoo modules. Design, configure, and customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to streamline business processes in Finance, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, and HR.

  • Manage ERP-related projects from conception to completion, including gathering requirements from department heads, defining scope, and delivering solutions on time.

  • Provide tier-2/3 support, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop comprehensive training programs and materials to empower users and drive adoption.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process automation and system optimization to enhance data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

  • Strong functional understanding of core business processes (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory, HR).

  • Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing

Odoo modules.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Experience with
