We're seeking a Head of Presales (Techno-Sales) who can turn complex technology into clear business value. You'll lead the presales team, engage with enterprise customers, and ensure our solutions solve their most critical challenges.

Ideal candidate: Experienced in enterprise IT, especially in banking, finance, or multinational environments, with the ability to build trust and win business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & mentor the presales team to build technical depth, customer empathy, and commercial focus.

  • Engage directly with clients to understand needs, challenges, and vision.

  • Translate requirements into compelling, tailored solutions.

  • Oversee proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and proof-of-concepts.

  • Partner with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure solutions are realistic, profitable, and future-proof.

  • Stay ahead of market trends with innovative approaches.

What You Bring

  • 12–15 years in enterprise IT (min. 5 years in presales/solution leadership).

  • Experience in banking, finance, or multinational enterprises.

  • Strong grasp of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.

  • Proven leadership & mentoring skills.

  • Excellent engagement skills with C-level executives & technical teams.

Preferred Certifications:

Cloud: AWS Solutions Architect (Pro), Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Architect

Cybersecurity: CISSP, CISM, CCSP

Enterprise Architecture: TOGAF

IT Infrastructure: ITIL Expert, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNP/CCIE

Data Center: CDCP, CDCS, CDCE
