
Head of Pre Techno sales

We're seeking a Head of Presales (Techno-Sales) who can turn complex technology into clear business value. You'll lead the presales team, engage with enterprise customers, and ensure our solutions solve their most critical challenges.
Ideal candidate: Experienced in enterprise IT, especially in banking, finance, or multinational environments, with the ability to build trust and win business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & mentor the presales team to build technical depth, customer empathy, and commercial focus.
Engage directly with clients to understand needs, challenges, and vision.
Translate requirements into compelling, tailored solutions.
Oversee proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and proof-of-concepts.
Partner with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure solutions are realistic, profitable, and future-proof.
Stay ahead of market trends with innovative approaches.
What You Bring
12–15 years in enterprise IT (min. 5 years in presales/solution leadership).
Experience in banking, finance, or multinational enterprises.
Strong grasp of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
Proven leadership & mentoring skills.
Excellent engagement skills with C-level executives & technical teams.
Preferred Certifications:
Cloud: AWS Solutions Architect (Pro), Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Architect
Cybersecurity: CISSP, CISM, CCSP
Enterprise Architecture: TOGAF
IT Infrastructure: ITIL Expert, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNP/CCIE
Data Center: CDCP, CDCS, CDCE
