We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to head our gym's Sales & Marketing function. This role is primarily focused on driving sales growth, maximizing membership acquisition, and achieving revenue targets, while also leveraging marketing knowledge to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.

The ideal candidate is a senior professional with a proven track record in sales leadership, team management, and customer relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership (Primary Focus)

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly/annual membership targets.
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to maximize new memberships, renewals, and upselling of personal training & wellness packages.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members.
  • Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Establish KPIs and performance standards for the sales team.

Marketing & Brand Development (Supportive Role)

  • Oversee local marketing campaigns to boost awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on digital strategies, promotions, and seasonal offers.
  • Represent the gym at community events, partnerships, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment between sales promotions and overall brand messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5–8 years of proven sales leadership experience, ideally in fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Working knowledge of marketing strategies and social media campaigns.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with financial and operational acumen.
