Job Title: Fundraising Assistant & Lead Management (Executive Assistant)

Location: US Time Zone (Start at 8:00 AM New York Time)

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fundraising Assistant & Lead Management Executive to support our fundraising and outreach activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in fundraising, lead management, and online outreach, along with strong English communication skills, while being comfortable working in the US time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to new and existing donors through multiple channels
  • Enter donor and lead data accurately into the CRM system
  • Follow up and message past donors to maintain relationships

Research and connect with potential donors via Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms

  • Start meaningful conversations to drive engagement
  • Draft and send weekly newsletters to donors and leads
  • Manage social media accounts and assist with content posting when needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or lead management
  • Hands-on experience with hot and cold outbound outreach (Facebook, Instagram, Emails, LinkedIn)
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage leads effectively
  • Comfortable working full-time on US hours (8 AM New York time start)
  • Basic knowledge of social media management

Preferred/Advantage:

  • Experience running or managing Facebook Ads
  • Knowledge of social media promotions and marketing strategies
