Alpha Hire Solution is a fast-growing HR service provider specializing in setting up complete remote office solutions for international clients from infrastructure and workforce placement to full operational management. We are expanding our global footprint and are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a strong, experienced, and strategic Business Development professional with a proven track record of bringing new international business. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, develop, and secure new clients who require remote office setups and staffing solutions through Alpha Hire Solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential international clients seeking offshore office setups or remote teams.
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to expand our client base.
- Present Alpha Hire Solution's full suite of services, including office setup, employee placement, payroll, and end-to-end operational support.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects and deliverables.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and business acquisition targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive/Manager in B2B, outsourcing, or recruitment industries (preferably with international markets).
- Strong network and ability to generate new leads independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Understanding of global outsourcing models, staffing, and remote office setups will be a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
