Hiring: Principal / Senior AI Engineer (Full-Time | On-Site)

    Principal / Senior AI Engineer
    to join our team and drive the development of next-gen AI-powered solutions from concept to deployment.


What You'll Do

  • Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML systems, especially in NLP and generative AI
  • Lead the development and deployment of scalable ML models using MLOps best practices
  • Architect and build robust RESTful APIs to serve AI models in production
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams
  • Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating and integrating the latest research and tools in AI


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional experience with Python
    , including deep experience with frameworks like
    Django, Flask, FastAPI
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML
    , with
    at least 2 years focused on generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.)
  • Proven experience building and deploying production-ready AI systems
  • Strong expertise in NLP, transformer architectures, and LLM fine-tuning
  • Solid understanding of MLOps tools and cloud-based deployment
  • Ability to lead projects, make architectural decisions, and mentor team members
