Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary Senior Business Development Manager (Sr. BDM) to lead CyberVision International's growth initiatives with a strong focus on
ICT bidding, proposal development, and business development.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in securing government and donor-funded projects, exploring new business domains, and driving revenue growth.

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional skills in proposal writing, opportunity identification, and relationship management. Additional responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, strategy building, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Core Responsibilities

ICT Bidding and Proposal Development


• Manage the development of high-impact proposals tailored to ICT, technology, digital training, innovation and entrepreneurship related projects for government and donor agencies.


• Manage end-to-end bidding processes, ensuring compliance with all technical and regulatory requirements.


• Design innovative solutions aligned with client needs, leveraging the latest trends in ICT and digital transformation.


• Employ global best practices to design digital trainings, entrepreneurship and incubation programs which are localized according to the client's needs and requirements.


• Collaborate with internal teams to produce compelling bids and deliverables that meet organizational objectives.


• Ensure adherence to donor and government regulations, project evaluation criteria, and submission guidelines.

Business Development and Growth Strategy


• Develop and execute a forward-looking business strategy, incorporating clear growth targets and actionable steps.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ICT, government, donor-funded, and corporate sectors both locally and internationally.


• Expand into emerging business domains by researching trends, assessing feasibility, and creating actionable roadmaps.


• Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth.


• Prepare and deliver detailed progress reports and KPI's tracking reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic adjustments.

Additional Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management


• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government, donor agencies, and the private sector.


• Represent CyberVision International at industry events, global forums, and business expos to enhance visibility.


• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to address their needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.

Strategy Development and Cross-Departmental Collaboration


• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical, marketing, and finance, to align strategies with organizational goals.


• Drive the development and implementation of technology-centric training programs and entrepreneurship projects.


• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.

Market Analysis and Reporting


• Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.


• Monitor global and regional ICT trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.


• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management through strategic reports.

• Attention to detail to ensure compliance with submission criteria and regulatory requirements.

• Proven ability to foresee industry trends, set growth targets, and develop long-term strategies.


• Proficiency in analyzing data and market insights to inform decision-making.

Relationship Management and Collaboration


• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders.


• Ability to facilitate teamwork and collaboration across departments and functions.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields; a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management is preferred.


• Minimum of
4–5
years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years in a management role.


• Proven track record in securing government tenders, donor-funded projects, and corporate partnerships.


• Strong knowledge of ICT and related business domains in Pakistan and globally.
