Siznex is hiring a professional and results-oriented Calling Agent to support our global healthcare distribution business, primarily serving the US market. This role is focused on outbound cold outreach and appointment booking for healthcare products, requiring excellent English communication skills and strong performance discipline.

Sales Process & Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold outreach to healthcare prospects in the US market
  • Dial cold prospects from fresh, verified data lists
  • Maintain a high calling volume of 100–150 dials per day
  • Professionally qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
  • Ensure a minimum of 1 booked appointment per day
  • Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and appointment details in CRM systems
  • Follow approved scripts while adapting to conversations effectively

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Mid-level experience in cold calling or appointment setting (healthcare preferred)
  • Fluent English communication skills with confident phone presence
  • Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and listening skills
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under KPIs

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with US-based or international healthcare clients
