Role Overview

You will play a key role in onboarding new Shopify clients, configuring integrations, and ensuring smooth technical setup. From validating tracking pixels to documenting processes, your work will directly support client success and long-term platform performance.

What You'll Do

Client Onboarding & Setup

  • Configure the application for new Shopify clients
  • Implement tracking integrations such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Ads, and Klaviyo
  • Partner with the Senior CSM to align each setup with client goals and technical standards

Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance

  • Use browser DevTools to inspect and analyse event payloads
  • Validate tracking events across Shopify Liquid and headless builds (e.g., Hydrogen)
  • Identify, debug, and escalate technical issues in real time
  • Maintain precise, client-specific implementation records

Process & Knowledge Management

  • Follow and refine structured onboarding workflows
  • Keep internal documentation and knowledge bases up to date
  • Contribute accurate content to support training for automation and AI tools

What We're Looking For

  • Strong written English and confidence in communicating with clients via email and Slack
  • At least 3 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or technical support
  • Solid understanding of GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and other tracking tools
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps, themes, and the basics of store setup
  • Skilled in using browser DevTools to inspect network requests and validate events
  • Basic JavaScript knowledge (enough to understand triggers and resolve smaller issues)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bonus Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify Liquid (Hydrogen or other React frontends a plus)
  • Knowledge of Klaviyo, Postscript, or similar marTech platforms
  • Previous experience with CDPs or Shopify-focused SaaS businesses
  • Exposure to tag management systems such as GTM
