Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer
to lead the design and delivery of scalable web and cloud applications. This role requires deep technical ownership across front-end and back-end layers, strong architecture and code-quality habits and demonstrated experience guiding cross-functional teams to deliver production software. You will shape system design, review and improve engineering practices, and drive engineering outcomes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, deployment and maintenance of full-stack features and services across frontend and backend systems.
• Architect scalable, secure APIs and data models; define service boundaries and integration contracts.
• Drive code quality through design reviews, automated testing and CI/CD practices.
• Mentor and enable engineers by setting standards, running design/code reviews, and improving team workflows (code ownership, release cadence and incident response).
• Collaborate with product, QA and DevOps to deliver reliable releases and reduce time-to-value.
• Identify technical debt, propose prioritized remediation and implement improvements to performance, reliability and observability.
• Own delivery commitments for major features and act as technical lead on cross-team initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience building production web applications and services (or equivalent).
• Strong full-stack proficiency, comfortable implementing complex UI as well as robust backend systems.
• Backend: experience with (Express/Nest), Python (Django/FastAPI) and designing RESTful APIs.
• Frontend: practical experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue) and frontend build tooling.
• Databases: strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with at least one NoSQL datastore (MongoDB or Firebase).
• Proven experience with Git workflows and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of system design, data structures, algorithms and scaling considerations.
• Clear communication skills and experience coordinating across teams; demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery.
