Job Summary:

We are a growing Finance & Accounting firm seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and business growth strategies within the financial, accounting, or professional services sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver effective pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with our finance and accounting teams to understand services and align offerings with client requirements.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly business development targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in finance, accounting, audit, tax, or consulting services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in business development with accounting or BPO firms.
  • Familiarity with international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Middle East).
  • Good Communication skills
