Timings: 9:00am to 5:30pm

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing and executing both import and local procurement activities for Internal Generation (IG) and Outside Generation (OG) vendors across the Services and Project departments. This role ensures timely sourcing, optimal inventory levels, and compliance with procurement policies while supporting vendor coordination and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage local & international procurement processes
  • Handle imports, L/Cs, freight coordination & customs clearance
  • Monitor inventory and align procurement with project demands
  • Maintain vendor relationships and assist in onboarding
  • Generate and analyze SAP reports for purchasing and planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Engineering and MBA in Supply Chain.
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement/supply chain
  • Knowledge of L/Cs, import/export regulations, SAP
  • Strong communication & vendor management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs180,000.00 per month
