About the Role

The Supply Chain Executive role is a unique blend of executive support, client engagement, and business development. You will work directly with the CEO, supporting in day-to-day tasks while also serving as a bridge between global solution partners and our clients.

You will gain exposure to world-class digital platforms, conduct initial discovery sessions with prospective clients, and help identify their digital transformation needs. At the same time, you will be responsible for managing leads, maintaining CRM data, and contributing to the growth of Supply Chain Talks.

This position is ideal for a young supply chain professional who is eager to learn, grow quickly, and gain international exposure in both consulting and technology-driven supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, supporting in day-to-day tasks, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Serve as the point of contact between Supply Chain Talks and digital solution partners (e.g., Coupa, EPG, Slimstock, etc.), ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, arrange meetings, and support ongoing engagements.
  • Gain working knowledge and familiarity with partner solutions to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Generate new business leads through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Conduct initial discovery sessions with prospective clients to identify their digital transformation needs.
  • Record, manage, and track leads and client interactions on the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation for client and partner engagements.

Competencies

  • Strong interest in digital supply chain solutions and technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable working in a remote setup with global stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
