Experience, Qualifications, and Personal Qualities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in content strategy
  • Experience with SEO tools and strong understanding of digital content trends.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand goals.
  • Collaborate with medical aestheticians, dermatologists, and creative teams to ensure content accuracy, elegance, and consistency.
  • Create and manage a content calendar ensuring timely rollout of promotional content.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to brand voice, ethical marketing standards, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Craft compelling brand stories and visually aligned campaigns that connect emotionally with our target audience.
  • Supervise or guide content creators, copywriters, and designers to ensure quality and brand alignment.
  • Optimize all digital content for social engagement, and brand visibility.
