Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Order Confirmation to join our team. The role involves managing incoming orders, verifying details, confirming with customers, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and confirm customer orders through calls.
  • Ensure order details (items, quantities, prices, and delivery addresses) are accurate.
  • Communicate with customers for confirmation or clarification.
  • Coordinate with dispatch/operations team for timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain proper records of all confirmed orders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum intermediate.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of order management.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or order handling will be preferred.
